I'm Harmony, nice to meet you!

When I was young I cared more about having my nose in a book than I ever did in sports or fitness. This changed when I discovered the mental boost that fitness can provide and started setting challenges and goals for myself. This allowed me to achieve challenges I never thought I could do like run a marathon, do my first set of pull-ups, and win a Spartan Obstacle Race!

Functional Fitness a training approach that puts real-world movement first. Together we'll combine form and technique with the things that matter to you most, whether it's playing with the kids or climbing a mountain.

How much time do I need to commit?

It really depends on your overall goals. During our consultation we'll work out the best way to integrate a training plan into your lifestyle to ensure maximum potential for growth without burnout or boredom.

Where can I do my training?

You can train in the comfort of your own home or in a gym. Our sessions will show you how to do moves with the correct form, so you can go out and nail it yourself.

Do I need a gym membership?
