As a dedicated fitness trainer, I'm passionate about helping you achieve your goals and live a more fulfilling life.

 When I was young I cared more about having my nose in a book than I ever did in sports or fitness. This changed when I discovered the mental boost that fitness can provide and started setting challenges and goals for myself. This allowed me to achieve challenges I never thought I could do like run a marathon, do my first set of pull-ups, and win a Spartan Obstacle Race! 

My journey inspired me to help others achieve their goals and live healthier lives. With a personalized approach, I guide clients to overcome challenges, build strength, and unlock their full potential."

How does online training work?

I tailor a fitness plan to your unique goals and needs. We'll start with (a) virtual session(s) to learn the foundational movements. Then, using a convenient app, you'll have access to detailed a personalize schedule with workout videos and descriptions.

What equipment do I need?
You don’t need any equipment to start at all! However, adding a resistance band setup can expand your workout options and benefits. A foam roller can be really beneficial for recovery, and many of my clients also use home weights or attend local gyms.

What are your prices?
The coaching program, including app access, is $200 CAD/month. Additional sessions are available for $50 CAD each. Payments are processed securely through Stripe via the Trainerize App.
This equates to approximately £112/£28GBP and $147/$37USD respectively.
